1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lingo Tales, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Lingo Tales is intended for users aged 13 and older.

3. Accounts

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and device security.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed by Apple through In-App Purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
  • Deleting your Lingo Tales account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.

Available plans, pricing, and features may change over time and are shown in the app and App Store purchase flow before you subscribe.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful or abusive use of the service
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
  • No infringement of intellectual property rights

6. AI Features and Generated Output

Lingo Tales may use AI systems to generate explanations, conversations, and other learning assistance. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be used as a learning aid only.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, and service content (except user-provided content and third-party content) are owned by the operator or licensors.

8. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate or suitable for your specific use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

12. Governing Law / Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
